Michelle Jambora, the Vice President of Maryland NADONA/LTC, has over 26 years combined of Clinical Nursing and Management, Care Coordination, Consulting, and Clinical Operations experience in Skilled, Long Term Care, Acute Care and Assisted Living Settings. She has proven leadership skills and success in establishing or
developing cohesive teams to better serve the residents, families and staff. Her commitment to promoting excellence and quality care has served and continues to be an inspiration to others. Her personal ethics and sensitivity have endeared to those who know or have worked with her. Michelle Jambora currently serve as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations for Communicare Family of Companies. Michelle strongly believes and advocates for residents and dedicated staff she serves. Her passion and commitment to quality care is truly evident whenever you interact and work with her. She has been a recipient of many awards from different organizations throughout her career and some of these awards include, but are not limited to - Director of Nursing of the Year Award 2012 (MD NADONA), RN Unit Manager of the Year (2008) for MD Tri-County DON Association, Rising Stars Award of the Year 2006 (Life Span), Rising Star Award (NADONA/LTC 2019). Michelle Jambora has been a member of NADONA for many years as well as NCCDP (National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners) and used to be a member for AANAC (American Association of Assessment Coordinators).
